I have often wondered when drinking a sport drink, which one is worth
my money and will do the most for my body. After researching with
athletes by having each athlete try the three top brands of sport drinks
(PowerAde, Gatorade, All-Sport, and water as a constant) before and
after a workout. Then I found the composition of each drink and
analyzed the data to come up with a conclusion. By analyzing the data
including the ingredients in the drink, and the athletes rating of the
drinks, a conclusion was found. Gatorade is the best drink for an
athlete ingredient wise and is favored by most athletes.
